1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Marketplace Nature of the Platform

Shariqi connects you with independent merchants. Merchants are responsible for product quality, delivery, returns, and refunds. Shariqi acts as a platform intermediary and does not assume liability for merchant conduct or product disputes.

3. Description of Services

• Online store creation and management.
• Product listing, inventory tracking, and order management.
• Buyer-facing storefront and reporting tools.

4. Account Security

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Fees

The Standard plan is 30,000 IQD per month. Cash on Delivery transactions carry 0% commission. Fees may change with prior notice.

6. Merchant Obligations

• Comply with all applicable Iraqi laws and platform rules.
• Sell only legal products that comply with the prohibited products policy.
• Provide accurate descriptions and maintain reasonable security practices.

7. Intellectual Property

Shariqi branding and platform intellectual property belong to Excyphre. You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shariqi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Baghdad.
